• Please fill out our preshowing questionnaire if you would like to schedule a tour or would like to be contacted on our next available apartment. If you would like to proceed with renting the premises please fill out our application.

• Our current rental rate is listed on our application.

What is included in rent?

• Water, sewer and trash is included. You are responsible for electric, any cable or internet or any other services you would like.

 

Tenant Requirements

• 3 times income to rent

• Good to excellent credit

• No Criminal/Felony Charges

• Good Verifiable Rental History

• No Evictions

• All applicants over the age of 18 must fill out an application

What are your pet restrictions and fees?

• 2 pet maximum

• The following breeds or mixes of these breeds are prohibited: Akita, Argentinean Fighting Dog, Canary Dog, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Heelers, Hounds Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Great Dane, hu Husky, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Boxer,Presa Canarios, Saint Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid

• Max Pet Weight 45lbs

• $250 one time non-refundable pet fee per pet, $15/month pet rent
